My health functional food has passed its expiry date. Is it still safe to eat?

Even if you have opened the product, we do not recommend eating the expired product to ensure your health.

The order is as the following.
Toner, (Ampoule), Lotion, Essence, Eye Cream, Cream

If a cosmetic product doesn’t react well with my skin, what should I do?

A
Skin tends to over-react to foreign substances or slight irritants in order to protect the body from the external environment.
In particular, if you use a cosmetic product for the first time or if you change to a different product, skin often reacts sensitively.
If a cosmetic product is not suitable for your skin,
discontinue use immediately. Wait for 2-3 days and start using again to see if it is OK.
Instead of applying on the face, apply on the inside of your arm or a little bit behind your ear, and check for any abnormalities.
If observe any abnormal signs, discontinue use or exchange it with a different product.
If you do not observe any abnormalities after applying on the inside of your arm or behind your ear, apply a little amount on part of your face.
If you observe any abnormalities on your face again, discontinue use. If you do not observe any abnormalities, increase the amount gradually.

When I opened a product, the content looked somewhat depleted. Is this because the content is less than the normal amount?

A Our products are regularly inspected upon each batch of production,
so we ensure that each container is 100% filled with content.
Some customers inquire about the size of a product.
When we design a container, we maintain 10% of space compared to the size of the content during the production process,
so the container may become deformed due to shock or movement during distribution.
You may feel that the content of a product appears smaller than its claimed size,
but we actually measure it to ensure that there are no abnormalities,
so you can fully trust our product.

I found that the price of your product tends to vary depending on the store. Why you do not indicate pricing on your products?

A
We have been implementing an Open Pricing System since May 1997,
so our customers often express some concern as a result.
Korea used to use the Recommended Consumer Price System in the past,
but it lost its ability of providing fair pricing information in the process such as offering excessive discounts that
ended up deceiving consumers. So after reflecting consumer feedback,
the Ministry of Health & Welfare changed it to the same system that is being implemented
in advanced countries.
Currently, the Open Pricing System is gradually being expanded to other products such as
industrial products and home appliances, in addition to cosmetics, and the system allows the offering of
quality products at reasonable prices, making it a more beneficial system for consumers.
